Richard’s Camp consists of just
seven tents with en suite bathrooms,
flushing toilets and hot showers in
traditional African style, but furnished
with modern luxury. Evenings begin
with cocktails by the campfire, followed
by a three-course meal under a canopy
of stars. At the end of the day guests
can indulge in a Victorian bath tucked
away in the forest, surrounded by flickering
candles and the sounds of the bush.
Day and night game drives,
bush walks, a visit to a local village
and a day trip to Lake Victoria for trout
fishing can all be arranged. Richard
grew up here from the age of three.

with hand carved furniture, en suite bathrooms and stone bath tubs with
